Training courses can be presented on the client's premises or on the premises of SafeNet (Africa), 6 De Villiers Street, Bellville

CONFIRMATION

After inquiring about training, a course Quotation/Confirmation form will be faxed or e-mailed to the client. On acceptance of course a returned confirmation with an order number must be faxed back, a week prior to the course.

BOOKINGS

Formal order / confirmation should be faxed to Mymoena Ismail on Fax No. 0866 275 424. No booking will be accepted without a course confirmation and order number. Cancellation of training must be done 2 days prior to the course date, otherwise full payment of course will be invoiced.

PAYMENT

Payment for courses will be in advance or arrangements can be made for long standing clients. Alternatively special arrangements can be made. VAT Registration No: 4470189699

CERTIFICATES

Attendance Certificates will be issued to all successful Learners.

COURSE COSTS

Course costs are quoted per person and is based on the assumption of the VAT-rate being 14%. Costs will be adjusted if the VAT-rate changes. Quotes and costs will be per person.

A light lunch and refreshments will be included in the cost for courses presented on our premises.
