OCCUPATIONAL HYGIENE APPROVED INSPECTION AUTHORITY (AIA)

SafeNet (Africa) is an Approved Inspection Authority (AIA) in respect of the following Occupational and Environmental Stress Factors:

Noise;

Lighting;

Ventilation;

Asbestos;

Lead;

Temperature;

Hazardous Chemical Substances; and

Hazardous Biological Agents.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE AUDITS

SafeNet (Africa) Consultants conduct a complete assessment of the Company premises and compile a detailed report that will include the following:

Highlighting all non-compliances identified during the audit, with the legal references;

Illustrating Risk Ratings and Classification, calculated in accordance with internationally an accepted Risk Evaluation Methodology would be allocated to each non-compliance in order to assist with the compilation of a Risk Profile of the Company's Health and Safety issues;

Management Action Plans, with recommended time frames for corrective action; and

Annexures to the report will include pro-forma appointment letters, Contactor Written Agreements, safety rules, etc.
